Saturday 17 May sees a new edition of Museum Night, a day when many museums and cultural venues in Barcelona and municipalities in the metropolitan area open their doors outside their usual opening hours, from 7.00 pm to 1.00 am, offering people the chance to visit exhibitions free of charge and take part in a number of different activities, like workshops, concerts, recitals, mappings and guided tours.

This year, new venues are joining the event, including Casa Batlló, Casa de la Barceloneta 1791, and the Museum of Mathematics of Catalonia (MMACA). We’ll also see the return of some facilities that were not there in 2024, such as the Museu de les Aigües and KBr Fundación MAPFRE.
